Live Draws

If you’ve entered any of our competitions, make a note of the time of the live draw. We usually go live 5 minutes after sales end, around 7.05pm.

About our Live Draws

Our draws are conducted live based on the time stated on each competition. In the vast majority of cases these take place every Tuesday at 7.05pm, unless stated otherwise. 

A small number of competitions may say “Automated Draw” above the competition. This means our website software will pick the winner from the list of entries once the competition ends. You can find out more about how that’s done under “Security and Fairness” at the very foot of this page.

At the start of each live draw we’ll explain the competitions we are going to draw and how the draw will be conducted. We use a random ball machine known as “Zeus” to select our winners. 

We feel this is the fairest and most transparent way to draw our winners and have been using random ball machines since our inception in 2020.

Zeus has up to five individual ball chambers. Each one can be used to create a combination. In most cases chambers are loaded with individual balls numbered 0 to 9. We only ever load up the machine with the maximum number of balls relating to the maximum entries to that competition.

Example

If a competition has 999 numbers then we will use three chambers and load each chamber with 10x balls numbered 0 to 9. Zeus will then produce three balls randomly (one from each chamber) and whatever combination it produces is the winning number. So if we get 3, 8 and 4 in that order then the winning number is 384. 

If we check our entry list and the winning number was not sold we will continue the process until such time as a winner is found. Winners are always guaranteed to be found and prizes do not rollover, nor are our competitions ever extended.

You’ll see each combination displayed on large screens beneath each chamber on the live draw. You don’t have to know your numbers or be watching the live draw to be a winner. We always announce the winning person’s name on the live draw and contact our winners after the draw to notify them of their win.

Troubleshooting

If you get “This video is unavailable” message it means we haven’t yet gone live.

If you’re watching through our website just refresh the page and you’ll eventually see the PLAY button once we go live. Press play and our live stream will start to play on your device.

If you’re watching through our app you just need to swipe your screen from top to bottom and it should refresh the page.

Note that our draws can sometimes go live up to five minutes after the advertised time so if you can’t see us live, don’t panic. We will appear! Keep trying!

How do instant wins work?

Instant Wins are additional prizes that can be won at any time during the duration of the competition. Instant wins are allocated specific ticket numbers.

For example, 
Instant Win Prize: £50 Cash
Instant Win Number: 36

John buys tickets for the competition, he is randomly allocated ticket number 36, John wins the £50 cash. John is also entered to win the main prize that is drawn when the competition finishes.

How do you claim your prize?

Site credit instant wins are automatically added to your site credit wallet.

For cash and physical prizes, if you’re a previous winner and we’ve paid you before you don’t need to do anything. We’ll pay the prize to the account details we have on file for you.

If you’re a new winner please contact us with your photo ID as well as your bank account number and sort code.

Free entries must be posted individually on post cards and sent to: Titan Prizes Ltd, Old Carnegie Library, 361 Ormskirk Road, Wigan, WN5 9DQ and must arrive by the Competition closing date. The Entrant must specify which Competition they wish to enter. Each entry must be on individual post cards and must contain your date of birth to proof you’re old enough to enter. Multiple postal entries sent in one envelope will be counted as just one entry. A random number/s will be allocated to each free entry by the Promoter and you will be notified of the number(s) by email.
