How to claim
Our instant win payout system is pretty slick. Titan Cash (site credit) wins are pretty simple. Hit these and they’ll automatically be paid into your Titan wallet (see the top right-hand corner of the screen). You can then use this on any of our current live competitions at your leisure.
However, hit a cash instant win and you’ll be given some options. You can either lodge a claim for a cash payout. Simply fill in your bank details in the form that you’re given. If you’re a previous winner you only need to do this if your bank details have changed since your previous win.
One additional option you can now choose is to have your cash win converted to Titan Cash. We’ll always offer you more than the cash equivalent so consider this carefully. If you choose that option, it pays this to you straight away.

Free entries must be posted individually on post cards and sent to: Titan Prizes Ltd, Old Carnegie Library, 361 Ormskirk Road, Wigan, WN5 9DQ and must arrive by the Competition closing date. The Entrant must specify which Competition they wish to enter. Each entry must be on individual post cards and must contain your date of birth to proof you’re old enough to enter. Multiple postal entries sent in one envelope will be counted as just one entry. A random number/s will be allocated to each free entry by the Promoter and you will be notified of the number(s) by email.
