Each competition has a limited number of tickets, when you purchase a ticket you are assigned a ticket number at random. In some cases you can even choose your own numbers.

You’ll be able to find the details for each competition on the specific competition page such as:

  • Countdown time left till the competition closes.
  • The maximum amount of tickets.
  • The maximum amount of tickets per customer.
  • The price per ticket.
  • And more.

 

Once the competition has ended you can tune into our live draw every Tuesday at 7pm where we pick the winning ticket numbers using Zeus, our random ball machine, for each prize that’s ended on that day.

This will be different depending on the prize and the maximum amount of tickets. We always set a maximum ticket amount per customer on every competition to ensure the competition is fair for everyone and everyone has a chance to win.

You can tune into the live draw where we pick the winners at random live on air. 

Or, if you don’t tune it or you miss the live draw. We will contact you after the draw has taken place and arrange delivery of your prize.

Although most of our competitions have an end prize which we draw live every Tuesday at 7pm, some have chances to win instantly. 

On these competitions you won’t be able to choose your own numbers. Instead, select how many entries you would like to purchase and click ‘Enter now’. 

Our system then randomly picks your entries from the unsold available numbers. If you’ve been assigned any of our pre-selected instant win numbers you’ll win a prize instantly.

You’ll be notified after completing your purchase. In most cases you’ll also receive an email confirmation of your win.

If you’re a new winner you will receive an email confirming what you need to do to complete the process. We simply require photo ID that proves you’re a UK resident over the age of 18. We only ask for this once, not every time you win. If your win is a cash win we’ll also require your bank details in order to get your win paid across to you.

Competitions on our website are open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.

How do instant wins work?

Instant Wins are additional prizes that can be won at any time during the duration of the competition. Instant wins are allocated specific ticket numbers.

For example, 
Instant Win Prize: £50 Cash
Instant Win Number: 36

John buys tickets for the competition, he is randomly allocated ticket number 36, John wins the £50 cash. John is also entered to win the main prize that is drawn when the competition finishes.

How do you claim your prize?

Site credit instant wins are automatically added to your site credit wallet.

For cash and physical prizes, if you’re a previous winner and we’ve paid you before you don’t need to do anything. We’ll pay the prize to the account details we have on file for you.

If you’re a new winner please contact us with your photo ID as well as your bank account number and sort code.

Free entries must be posted individually on post cards and sent to: Titan Prizes Ltd, Old Carnegie Library, 361 Ormskirk Road, Wigan, WN5 9DQ and must arrive by the Competition closing date. The Entrant must specify which Competition they wish to enter. Each entry must be on individual post cards and must contain your date of birth to proof you’re old enough to enter. Multiple postal entries sent in one envelope will be counted as just one entry. A random number/s will be allocated to each free entry by the Promoter and you will be notified of the number(s) by email.
